In brief. The summer 2026 humanoid market is not one story. Unitree has opened a public commercial path for H2 Plus; Apptronik and Boston Dynamics are moving through industrial programs; Figure 03 is accumulating units and BMW field work; AgiBot is rapidly widening its range. None of those signals alone proves European availability, compliance and support.
Unitree H2 Plus: commercialized, not yet “available in Europe”
Unitree publishes a product page and a $100,000 contact-sales price for H2 Plus. The robot is 1.82 m tall, weighs about 70 kg and combines 31 body degrees of freedom with a configuration that can reach 75 total DoF using Sharpa hands. Its role as an NVIDIA Isaac GR00T reference humanoid is a strong technical signal.
Bybotix reading: level 3, commercialized. A price and sales path exist, but CE documentation, freight, commissioning, warranty, batteries, parts and European repair still need qualification.
Apollo 2: field work before an open catalogue
Apptronik presents Apollo 2 in biped and wheeled-base form inside Robot Park. The program is designed to put robots to work and generate real-world data with Google DeepMind. That is stronger than an isolated demo, but it is not open distribution.
Bybotix reading: level 2, demonstrated and active in a partner program. A European project must go through Apptronik and qualify safety, data, integration and support.
AgiBot A3 Ultra and X2 EDU: a widening range
At WAIC 2026, AgiBot documented A3 Ultra at 1.74 m, 60 kg, 51 active DoF, 5 kg payload per arm and up to eight hours of combined operation. X2 EDU extends the range for education and research, alongside G2 Max and the new OmniHand platform.
Bybotix reading: level 2 for A3 Ultra. The specifications and demonstration are verifiable; European ordering, compliance and support are not yet.
Figure 03, Atlas and NEURA Gym: three industrial routes
Figure 03 now replaces the formally retired Figure 02. The current generation is at work at BMW and Figure reported more than 350 units produced by late April. Boston Dynamics positions electric Atlas as a production-intent industrial generation available through selected programs. In Europe, NEURA Gym adds a useful layer: training, certifying and distributing robot skills with RWTH Aachen.
These signals strengthen the market without creating an immediate European retail product. They matter for industrial maturity, field data and the software ecosystem.
1X NEO: factory and new hands, without turning EQT into a firm order
The Hayward NEO Factory targets capacity of up to 10,000 robots a year, while 1X documents new 25-DoF hands. Current units are initially used inside 1X and the company says deliveries begin in 2026. The EQT agreement was signed in December 2025 and remains a framework for up to 10,000 possible deployments, with each portfolio company retaining the final decision. It is not a firm purchase of 10,000 robots.
What a European buyer should retain
- A public price does not prove compliance or local support.
- An industrial pilot does not automatically create a purchasing channel.
- Manufacturer production figures must remain clearly attributed.
- The useful question is not only “which robot is new?” but “who delivers, trains, repairs and owns safety?”
