Bybotix is a project led by Julien Mawet and currently structured as an editorial observatory for humanoid robotics and physical AI in Europe.
For any privacy request, write to contact@bybotix.com. The complete legal identity of the operating entity will be added before commercial activity begins.
022. Data we collect
We may collect your name, email address, company details, country, website, message content, partner request details, newsletter subscription status, IP address, user agent and technical logs.
If Bybotix Advisor is activated, conversation content may be stored to answer the request and improve the orientation flow, with retention kept deliberately short.
033. Purposes and legal bases
Contact and partner requests are processed to answer your message, qualify the project and maintain a record of the conversation.
Security logs are processed to protect the site. Newsletter subscriptions are processed only when you explicitly subscribe.
044. Retention
Contact and partner requests may be kept for up to 24 months after the last exchange, unless a longer period is required for a contractual or legal reason.
Technical logs are normally kept for a shorter period. Advisor beta conversations, if enabled, should be anonymized or deleted when they are no longer useful.
055. Recipients and providers
Data can be processed by the hosting provider, email provider and technical tools required to operate the site.
Current infrastructure includes OVHcloud email services and Google Cloud Platform hosting. Newsletter, analytics or AI providers will be listed here when activated.
066. Cookies and analytics
The public V0 is designed without marketing cookies as a default. If analytics are used, Bybotix will prefer privacy-friendly measurement and will update this page before enabling broader tracking.
077. Your rights
Depending on the context, you can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data.
Send requests to contact@bybotix.com. We may ask for verification when needed to protect your account or identity.
088. Transfers outside Europe
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, Bybotix will rely on appropriate safeguards where required.
This section will be updated before any production use of external LLM, CRM, newsletter or analytics tools that involve non-European transfers.
099. Children
Bybotix is not aimed at children. If you believe a minor has sent personal data without appropriate consent, contact us so we can delete it.
1010. Updates
This policy will evolve as Bybotix moves from observatory to commercial platform, especially if orders, payments, accounts, newsletter automation or Bybotix Advisor become active.
