Payload and sensors

The manufacturer’s table lists one LiDAR on A2 and two on A2-PRO. For carrying loads, use the moving-payload rating: the stated 100 kg stationary load is not a walking payload. Wheeled A2-W is another configuration.

Availability

  • A2 and A2-PRO are commercially available. Ask for included equipment and delivery terms for your country.

Before ordering

  • What load can the robot carry along your route?
  • Is the quote for A2, A2-PRO or A2-W?

Things to know

  • Advertised performance varies with equipment and operating conditions.
  • Before using it unattended, check which tasks the robot can actually complete on its own.

Warranty and repairs

Who provides after-sales service?

Check with the seller

Before ordering, ask who will repair the robot, where parts should be sent and how long repairs take. Clarify the warranty and available training.
